Pilates is an exercise with medical basis developed as a means of rehab by Joseph Pilates more than 100 years ago.
The exercise requires the use of inner muscles with a proper posture which brings about various positive effects, including alleviation of shoulder/back pain, modification of posture, shape-up, and so on.
You will feel connection between your mind and body and get relaxed by concentrating on yourself through exercise. Your deeper awareness of yourself will restore your inherent function, and bring lither and more beautiful body.
